Lisa-Marie was a star performer at Dale Carnegie as both a sales person and a trainer. She lights up a room with her energy and her positive attitude. She attended a meeting that I conducted where I was challenging the Salespeople to sell in an entirely new way that was almost the opposite of what they had experienced. She was skeptical, but to her credit she went out and tried the ideas that I had shared with her. To her surprise, and my delight, the ideas worked and Lisa-Marie had a huge success as a result! Many people hear many ideas, but very few are those that actually go out and make it happen. Lisa-Marie then became an enthusiastic advocate, and a true champion!!!
